All your towels and bedding are supplied to allow you to just show up and start your vacation. This handicap friendly home is the perfect space to take in all the Outer Banks has to offer. Enjoy your meals from the farm table while looking out through a wall of windows toward the ocean. The modern European kitchen boasts plenty of space and a bar height counter for additional seating. This classic beach cottage has plenty of space for the whole family. The bedrooms include a master with a king and large custom bath that is handicap friendly; a queen bedroom and a third large kng bedroom. Full bath towel and linen service provided. Each room has a wall mounted flat screen tv. Rainy day or too hot? No problem, enjoy the outdoors underneath the house in an open-air lanai. There is a ¾ bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) outside and plenty of space for all your favorite games. Enjoy some of the best fishing in the Outer Banks as the Rodanthe pier is just a short walk down the beach (2 streets away). No fishing license is required on the pier. The concrete driveway offers abundant parking space and allows for a clean transition from the beach to your vacation home. Need a little help getting into the house? Please utilize our ground level handicap ramp with the best views anywhere! If you can not or choose not to use stairs then this house is for you. We would love to answer any questions you may have! Must be 25 or older to rent. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee - $125 per pet. Maximum occupancy including children is limited to 6 people. Renter is responsible for any and all damages. There are no refunds for storms or hurricanes so we encourage traveler insurance. In the event that a house party, smoking or unregistered guest are found you will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid. Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to Airbnb and local law enforcement and may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund, as permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law. Please do not move furniture or remove wall décor. Please do not unplug or disable the Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, or exterior security cameras. Air conditioning, appliances and utilities (internet/cable) are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refund due to failure. The Outer Banks is a coastal environment, meaning it can be very humid and bugs can be prolific. These include mosquitos, spiders, flies, beetles, palmetto bugs and others. They can enter the house, especially when the doors and/or windows are left open. The house is treated regularly for pests, but we can't control a few entering the house, thus there are no refunds. Checkout is 10:00 AM unless we've agreed otherwise in advance. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay our cleaning schedule may incur a $50 for every 30 minutes late. Free late check out and check in may be available IF the schedule allows - please send a message to inquire. We understand accidents happen and things get left behind. Items will be kept in lost & found for 30 days. We can accommodate the return shipment of your item for $10 handling plus shipping cost.
