This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just three houses back from the ocean on a semi-oceanfront lot, giving you easy beach access along with beautiful ocean and sound views. The upper-level deck is the perfect place to relax, with views of the ocean, sound, and Rodanthe Pier. Enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply take in the coastal breeze. Beach chairs and beach gear are provided, making it easy to head out for a day in the sand. Completely renovated in 2016 and thoughtfully updated over the years, this cottage combines classic beach charm with modern comforts. The kitchen features custom countertops and a farmhouse sink, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a family dinner at home. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the shaded area underneath the house. This open-air space is a great place to unwind, play games, or simply enjoy the outdoors while staying out of the sun. The property is dog friendly, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the Outer Banks vacation too! The home shares a backyard with our other two cottages, Aloha and Tiny Aloha. This makes the properties especially convenient for families or groups traveling together who want to stay close while still having their own separate accommodations. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, beautiful views, beach gear, an outdoor shower, a shaded outdoor area, and a quick walk to the beach, this cottage is a wonderful home base for your Outer Banks getaway.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee - $125 per pet. Maximum occupancy including children is limited to 6 people. Renter is responsible for any and all damages. There are no refunds for storms or hurricanes so we encourage traveler insurance. In the event that a house party, smoking or unregistered guest are found you will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid. Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to Airbnb and local law enforcement and may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund, as permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law. Please do not move furniture or remove wall décor. Please do not unplug or disable the Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, or exterior security cameras. Air conditioning, appliances and utilities (internet/cable) are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refund due to failure. The Outer Banks is a coastal environment, meaning it can be very humid and bugs can be prolific. These include mosquitos, spiders, flies, beetles, palmetto bugs and others. They can enter the house, especially when the doors and/or windows are left open. The house is treated regularly for pests, but we can't control a few entering the house, thus there are no refunds. Checkout is 10:00 AM unless we've agreed otherwise in advance. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay our cleaning schedule may incur a $50 for every 30 minutes late. Free late check out and check in may be available IF the schedule allows - please send a message to inquire. We understand accidents happen and things get left behind. Items will be kept in lost & found for 30 days. We can accommodate the return shipment of your item for $10 handling plus shipping cost.
