- The house sits on a private sand-and-gravel road that leads straight to the beach. After heavy weather it can be rough going, so we recommend a 4-wheel-drive vehicle in the off-season. - Starter supplies are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge). Please bring extras for longer stays. - Non-smoking and no pets. Maximum occupancy 12. - Free Wi-Fi.

Sea Haven is in the tri-villages of Rodanthe, Waves and Salvo on Hatteras Island, a quieter stretch of the Outer Banks surrounded by Cape Hatteras National Seashore. A multi-use path connects the villages, so you can bike to shops, restaurants and the Salvo day use area on the sound without getting in the car. Rodanthe is a quiet, ocean-side neighborhood known for being an “old OBX” neighborhood where everyone is friendly and helpful. There are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and activities within a few minutes if the house, and our neighborhood is home to the famed Rodanthe Pier where guests can fish, relax, or enjoy snacks. As part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, enjoy the 4x4 access points (with permit) all along the miles of pristine beach south of our neighborhood, kite boarding on the sound, or fishing at Oregon Inlet. A sportsman’s paradise!
Guest Access
You'll have the entire home, both decks, the hot tub and the outdoor shower to yourselves. The only areas off limits are 3 locked owner's closets.
Find us
Sea Haven has room for two cars in the driveway, and street parking is never a problem. Public streets leading up to the house are also there for plenty of parking spots!
