Bluebird Days is the perfect home to bring the whole family! -When you first walk in you are greeted to the stylish and well appointed Game Room with pool table, TV, foosball, wet bar, laundry area and FULL bath. -Walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor, this area features 3 of the 4 bedrooms. A king master suite with private bath, second king bedroom, kids bedroom with 2 twins and a hallway full bath. -Continuing up to the third floor, this is where you'll find the fully stocked Kitchen, Living room, Dining room seating for 8 and half bath for added convenience. -Outside features a huge pool with an added custom fitted kiddy pool in the shallow end. Lounge chairs, tables and seating for the whole family within the fenced in area. (Please note pool season on OBX is Memorial Day-Labor Day but we do try to have it open sooner weather permitting). Next to the pool is our fully enclosed backyard, perfect for the kids and pets to run around, play yard games and enjoy the sunshine when not at the beach. -Professional Linen services are included with your stay which include top sheet, fitted sheet, pillow cases as well as a bath set for each guest with 1 bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth.

We want out guests to feel at home away from home during your vacation. In doing so we ask you treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of the property so we can continue to share our love of the home and island with our incredible guests! -No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of buds in the proper trash bin. Do not throw buds in the yard, pool area or anywhere on the property. -Quiet Hours for the island are 10pm-7am please be respectful of our island and neighbors. -Please dispose of any dog waste on the property in the outdoor trash bin -When returning from the beach, rinse all sand off in the outdoor shower as this can clog the indoor shower drains. Dry off before entering the home when returning from the beach or pool. -Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. The home has a private septic system that WILL overflow even if "flushable" wipes end up there. -We are pet friendly but please only bring pets that are well trained, outside potty trained rather than "mat trained" as we have found this only leads to accidents on rugs. -DO NOT leave pets unattended in the home without a crate. Sometimes while on vacation our furry friends get separation anxiety from their families. The island is VERY dog friendly, please make arrangements for them to be with you or bring a crate for their and the homes protection. -No pets on furniture. If you cannot keep your pet off the couches and beds please bring large sheets to cover the furniture, it is incredibly difficult to launder out pet hair on some fabrics. -POOL: NO DOGS IN THE POOL. Our pool maintenance guy will charge a $200 fee for evidence of dogs in the pool due to the excess chemicals and vacuuming needed to return the pool back to a safe level for humans. Please note glass around the pool as broken glass becomes invisible in water.
