Maximum occupancy: 6 Guests Total. This home is best suited for families and couples. Hot Tub Rules: Maximum 4 people at one time. Children under 18 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times. Keep the cover on when not in use to maintain temperature. No glass allowed near the hot tub. Rinse off sand/sunscreen before use. All children must be actively supervised by adults at all times, especially around the hot tub, deck, stairs, and outdoor areas. Kitchen & Appliances: Rinse sand off items before washing. Please treat appliances gently. Parking: Use only the driveway. Do not park on the grass. Outdoor Areas: No grilling on the deck. No fireworks anywhere on the property. Checkout: Please leave the home reasonably tidy (dishes washed, trash taken out and to the curb). Bathrooms: Use toilets and drains only for toilet paper and human waste. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, diapers, paper towels, or anything else. Rinse sand and sunscreen off before showering to avoid clogs. Septic System: This home is on a septic system. Please help us protect it by following the bathroom rules above and avoiding excessive water use (e.g., do not run multiple showers or the washing machine simultaneously for long periods).
