Inside you’ll find a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings—plenty of room for 8 guests (perfect for one family, grandparents, or two small families). The big deck is made for sunset dinners, cornhole, hot-tub soaks under the stars, and morning sunrises from the Adirondack chairs. Just 6 lots back from the oceanfront road for easy beach access. First-timers to Hatteras love this spot: see the iconic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse , boogie board and shell on uncrowded beaches (boards & chairs provided!), kayak in the sound, try world-class fishing and surfing, explore Pea Island Wildlife Refuge for birdwatching, or hop the free ferry to Ocracoke to learn about Blackbeard pirate lore. Sunrises, sunsets, and pure Outer Banks magic are all minutes from your door—your perfect introduction to the island!

We provide the following amenities as a part of the daily rate you've paid: the cleaning of the home, draining, sanitizing, and refilling of the hot tub, and providing sheets for all beds. All of these amenities are charged to you at no additional cost. We also provide a small starter set of trash bags, dish soap and paper towels, as well as a small "welcome" gift. Rules for our beach home: You will be asked to sign, or "agree" to, a separate rental agreement so please read carefully. No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. No wild parties. 8 person max occupancy in the home at all times, with no more than 6 adults in the home at any time during you stay. The home is set up for couples, and families with children, not large groups of adults. The hot tub is max 4 persons - no children under 18 in hot tub. Please keep hot tub covered at all times so it stays warm. Please treat appliances gently and rinse sand from items prior to washing / drying. Please park in driveway - do not park on our grass. No grilling on the deck and no fireworks anywhere on the property. You are assuming all liability for yourself and any guests who visit the residence during your rental period. You are also 100% liable for all damage that occurs to the home during your stay, even beyond the Airbnb damage deposit. We do not rent to high school, college students, or any friend groups. Family groups only please. We have a property management company that watches over the property and enforces the rules. Please be sure to follow House Rules and abide by the terms of our rental agreement.

VERY IMPORTANT: NO TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. You will need to bring your own BEACH and BATH TOWELS. If you prefer to rent towels, please let us know at least a week in advance. We are a pet free, smoke free home. Must have previous positive reviews to book.
