Primary reservation holders will be required to sign a NC Vacation Rental Act Agreement prior to checkin. Grills are only permitted in the ground floor outdoor space. Please, no candles or other open flames inside. Pick up all dog waste and discard in the outdoor trash bins. Trash is collected on Tuesday and Friday. House is on a septic system, so please only discard toilet paper in the toilets and discard cooking oil in the trash. Occupancy is limited to 8 people due to septic system. Use of the home by more than 8 people will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. No more than 3 cars are allowed as parking is not permitted on the street. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. in order to preserve the quiet nature of the street. Surrounding neighbors are full-time residents.

Given the smaller common areas, even though there are 4 bedrooms, our home is best enjoyed by fewer than 6 adults. We have tried to maximize space as best we can, knowing that many people spend a lot of their days outside enjoying the beach, but please keep this in mind when considering our home for your vacation. :)
