Sea Sprite is an immaculately maintained 7BR/9BA home. All bedrooms are ensuites. The 3rd floor has a 14-seat dining area, family room, and fully stocked kitchen. The 1st floor has a smaller kitchen, media room, and a pool table. Although not ADA compliant, it is handicap accessible, with walk-in showers, an elevator and ramp to the front door. Enjoy sitting in Adirondack chairs on the wraparound deck or relaxing in the hot tub. A short walk over two dunes takes you to a wide, uncrowded beach.
Good to know
Our home has 7 large bedrooms--5 king beds, 2 daybeds, 2 pyramid bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top), 2 communal half bathrooms, an open concept kitchen/living room on the third floor, as well as a kitchenette, game room, and media room on the first floor. The outdoor pool has recently been resurfaced and updated with ramp access and a gazebo for shade. Two deck levels wrap around two sides of the house, providing beautiful sunrise and sunset views.
House Rules
More than 1 pet will be permitted at the discretion of the homeowner, at a rate of $100/pet. No early check-in will be approved.

Owners schedule and pay for inspections to the elevator, fire extinguishers, and septic system annually.

Quiet neighborhood with a mix of year-round locals and seasonal renters. Minimal light pollution.
Guest Access
The entire house and grounds are available for the use of guests. There are several locked owner's closets and a shed which are not available.
Find us
There are a few stores within a mile (walking distance) but the closest full service grocery store is in Avon, 15 miles down the road. Parking is plentiful on our carport, but please do not park on the field to the right of the house, as that is the septic field.
