Beach Gear - Our guests will have access to 6 beach chairs. You can rent additional equipment through Island Cycles and Beach Gear. They offer a 10% discount to our guests. Thank you for respecting our house rules. 1. Our home is a NON-SMOKING home. 2. No pets allowed. 3. No parties/events. Sea Heaven has a 12 person maximum occupancy. 4. RV’s and campers are not permitted. 5. To avoid a service call, please do not set the thermostat below 68 degrees as it will cause the system to freeze up and stop working. We also ask that you keep all doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. 6. No portable gas fire pits, gas grills or charcoal grills are allowed on any of the decks on the property. 7. All house furniture and bed linens are to remain inside the home. 8. Please rinse off sand in outdoor shower or with hose before entering home. 9. Do not place hot pots & pans on laminate kitchen countertop. 10. Sand is very harmful to hot tubs. Please rinse off before entering. Glass is not permitted in the hot tub. Sea Oats Drive is a private road that leads directly to the beach. It is made of sand and gravel millings. Depending on weather conditions, it can sometimes be a nuisance to travel. We recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle if renting with us during the off-season.
