Charming Coastal Retreat! Inside this 3-bed, 3.5-bath cottage, you’ll find light-filled living spaces with vaulted ceilings that create an airy, inviting vibe. The open-concept kitchen and living are is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom has a private ensuite. A convenient half bath adds extra functionality. The exterior is just as impressive, relax poolside in your private oasis, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or take advantage of access to both the ocean and sound.

The cottage is 1216 ft.², it is small but inviting. The outdoor living space is shaded, with full sun near the pool. There are three parking spaces, two under the house and one on the paved driveway.
House Rules
Only dogs are permitted, up to two dogs, total weight 80 lbs. Dog are not permitted in the pool, sorry, the fur creates filter issues. $250 dollar penalty for violation. Dogs are NOT permitted on the furniture or the beds. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken. Dogs must be crated when guests are not in the home and must be housebroken. No smoking inside anytime. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this cottage Pool towels provided for each guest, there is a $40 replacement fee per towel.
Other Details to Note
This property has three exterior cameras. No camera is actively monitored unless there’s an issue. WiFi is available during your stay, along with three Roku TVs.
