With that incredible proximity comes the reality of coastal living. At times, high tides and ocean overwash can bring sand into the driveway area. The home itself remains safe and secure, but parking may occasionally need to be along the roadway or around the corner. We do our best to have sand cleared promptly, though Mother Nature ultimately sets the schedule when you’re this close to the Atlantic.
